Milford – Recent Election Results

Milford’s voters resoundingly shot down a Zoning Article that would have substantially increased the density of the Downtown District to 35 residential units per acre. In the leadup to election day, citizens expressed concern over how this change would impact their community. On the school ballot side, voter’s came close to approving a CTE Renovation Project. 59% of voters approved this measure, falling just short of the required 60% for passage.
